Growing up in India, Dhivya witnessed stark inequalities, particularly for women and girls, which has deeply influenced her commitment to championing equality and addressing social injustice.

A vocal advocate for the work of charities, Dhivya created and launched The Charity CEO Podcast in August 2020, whilst on Maternity break with her second child. The show now enjoys over 21k listeners across 55 countries worldwide.
